Meet Andrea, Your Go-To Realtor®

Andrea Rickheim is a true Floridian. Growing up in Central Florida, attending Seminole County schools, and eventually graduating from UCF with a BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and later getting her MBA, much of her career has been spent in sales, customer service, event management, and running a family home repair business.

From the age of 8, you could find her on the 16th Tee selling golf balls to all the golfers for 50 cents a ball at the Wekiva Golf Course to now helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Andrea has always wanted to help people— whether it was teaching children and adults to swim while in her teens, to helping Countries with their arrival and departure plans while working the Salt Lake City Olympics, more recently local businesses with their occupational health needs, and now you with your real estate goals. She is professional, courteous, and detailed in everything she does.

Her family is super important to her. Her husband, two kids, and, live-in father, currently reside in Sanford, but she knows all of Seminole and Orange County. She loves College Football, especially the SEC, serves on the Hospitality Committee at Florida Citrus Sports, and hosts the Big 12 Football team during their stay in Orlando for the Camping World Bowl every year. She is active in her children’s sports serving as “team mom” for her son’s tackle football team and her daughter club volleyball team.
